Good food is the best way to make good friends.
As always, a reminder in how amazing it is to bring people together from disparate backgrounds. We had someone who teaches other poker. Another who randomly started baking cakes. Another who co-owns a massive restaurant (and is expanding hard). Another who is involved in disaster relief. A few who host events.
You bring them together, and such strong characters will start building their bonds.
So much so, that I now just leave without telling anyone. Everyone’s engaged in convo, and my victory is letting them keep chatting it up 🙂
