Sol Orwell and His Weight Loss

OKAY – so I have lost a fair amount of weight.

At my peak, I was 205 pounds. I’ve lost roughly 65lb of fat since then, and it’s quite the difference.

I did it by eating my veggies, walking at least 10,000 steps a day, and treating myself (treat yo self!) to a cookie. I found that the moderation is what kept me going.
